Indian Mothers...
Our Moms made our homes near the rivers. They fished and grew corn in the garden, then cooked over the fire at home.
Our Moms' had family names like animals and birds. My Mom's family was called Wolf, just like Grand Ma's. Our tribe was Cherokee, "The People." I am Jerry Wolf of the Tennessee River Cherokee People. My Dad was Cherokee, too, but of the Stork Clan.
